Best tacos I’ve ever had! Juicy, tender, flavorful birria. And the chicken is delicious with a smoky flavor. Churros are also delicious, especially the Dulce de leche. Must try in Santa Ana!

Delicious birria and pollo asada served piping hot. The OG Plate is a steal of you want to try everything, though I suggest coming back for the ramen for an interesting twist on a classic. Attached to a gas station, pull into the Chevron.

HALAL Mexican food!!! Comes out pretty fast. The beef (anything) is delish, and their “broth soup” amazing also. Enjoy it while it’s hot.

Wow, the food is amazing. The taste is just, WOW! I personally would recommend the OG Burrito, if you want to get stuffed. The Large Quesadilla comes with birria The price point, is just right ✅️ 👌

I ordered the O.G plate of beef birria, and it was absolutely delicious! The plate filled me up and comes with a taco, quesotaco, mulita, quesadilla, and consomé (a broth that serves a a dip for the food). The birria was some of the best I’ve ever had. The taco was my favorite but everything was very good. I’ll be coming back soon to try the O.G. Plate in pollo asado! Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s next to a gas station, this place is a hidden gem.

A hidden gem! It is located on the same lot of the Chevron gas station. Their tacos and consome were good! I work close by, so I'll be back.

I am a Muslim and only eat zabiha. I am friends with the manager there, Mike Delgado, who told me that all the meat is halal. [*note that I previously indicated the beef is hand-slaughtered. This was incorrect : it is machine slaughtered.] This is the best halal Mexican food I’ve had in my life. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. I recommend the OG Plate combo with avacado, and horchata. All their beef is cooked as "Birria," a 16-hour slow cooked beef that is heavenly. All their chicken is "Pollo Asada," an authentic smoked chicken. They are served in various forms: burrito, street taco, small quesadilla, etc. With or without avacado. AND with something called Consume, a wonderfully rich beef broth from the 16-hour cooked beef that you can spoon onto your tacos and burritos, and also drink as a broth. Their fresh made churros are awesome.
